Am I to ascertain that Piper voted for Obama? He says “some of us wept for joy at your inauguration”, and I realize that does not necessarily mean he did, but the implication seems to leave that possibility open.
When we think about the reality of now having a black man for President given our racial past, it is amazing. If it were only that simple…so many of his views stray so far from biblical ethics that it is hard to glory in the achievement.
